Legislation and regulations governing work at height: Explanations and implementation
The concept of anchoring, simple knots, knots to use
Fall factor, impact force, air draft
Fall arrest systems according to the type of structure
Installation of an anchor and a temporary lifeline
Simple (ascent and descent) and varied movements with obstacles
Using a lanyard whilst working
Setting up a temporary workstation at height using ropes and/or straps
Managing friction and obstacles on structures

Prerequisites : Be of legal age / HTC medical clearance / Rope access technician with 1,000 hours of experience
Audience : This training course is not accessible to people with Category B and C disabilities. Category A disabilities: please contact us
